ok, the last 5 times i have tried to listen to some hip on hipbase radio, it has been stupid DMB (who i hate sooooo much). i understand that there was a semi-vote and the general feeling was that it would be good to add some other bands now and then.

but the whole point is listening to the hip. afterall it is called hipbase not davematthewsbandbase, and if we wanted to hear other bands we could just turn on the real radio. i just want the hip on hipbase radio again.

sorry to complain

i was at the "sarstock" show the other days and it was awesome. the only problem was that i got heat stroke and had to leave. i missed AC/DC and the stones, the 2 bands i really went to see. whast even more hearbreaking is that they both played the one song that i wanted to hear most by them, dirty deeds and miss you. so if ANYONE has any of these songs available to download or anything please let me know. i would love to be able to hear the concert since when igot home i found out how shitty the cbc and mmm coverage really was.
any help would be appreciated

Hello, I just came across this website, and thought maybe someone here could help me with this. I have come across a few other hip websites over the years and tried to contact people to setup a trade for my first and only (so far) hip show. Out of all the emails I sent, I never got even one response. The show is 03/30/1999 Seattle at the Paramount Theatre. I moved from Seattle right after that, and haven't been able to attend any shows since, mainly b/c they don't seem to travel near me. I was in Miami, FL until recently, and now live in Phoenix, which I notice they do come to. So maybe in the near future I will see them again. Any way, I haven't traded in a long while, but used to trade actively on etree, and have my shows in a database on the web. If you have the show in question and would like to setup a trade, take a look at my list http://phokus.ws/trade.htm and let me know what interests you. I have cable internet with ftp capability, so we could do an etrade or via snail mail.
