So, what do y'all think?

Van Hagar for me. I prefer the more mature Halen of that era, don't get me wrong though, Van Roth was great.

Van !choke! Cherone !choke! - Don't get me started! :x

The rounder site apparently no longer has any Hip tour dates, but this is the site that they came from originally. So what is UP with that? Confusedcratch:

DVD's are becoming ever so more popular as the quality of the show can be preserved much longer. I've almost completely gotten rid of all my vhs tapes as I've acquired dvd copies of most of the vhs shows I had.

I would like to get largely into collecting more DVD's. I've attached a list of all the shows I have and am very interested in trading with other hip fans to help build my collection and build other collectors of live hip dvd's. Please feel free to browse the list and PM me if interested in trading dvd's. Thanks!!

Jamie

Hey guys,

I haven't been here to check in for quite some time so this may be really old news to everyone, but I was in HMV in Calgary this weekend and, as always, checked the Hip section for any sweet deals on the old discs (they make great gifts) and they had an HMV ad card saying "look for the Tragically Hip Greatest Hits Album in September"

IS this true? Is there going to be a greatest hits album? and if so, what does it mean? Could it end up being a 2 disc with a disc of B-sides? Maybe a DVD?

Just thought I would throw that out there and see what everyone thought

Ciao for now

Stickboy (aka Jesse)

Here's something to do if you're really pumped for the new album and maybe want to make the time seem to go a little faster.

This is something I did before the last couple of Hip albums. We've got exactly 9 weeks to wait starting today. Every tuesday or sometime during each week, listen to the album (+ extra stuff recorded during the album era).

1. EP Week - (April 27 - May 3)
2. UTH Week - (May 4 - May 10)
3. RA Week - (May 11 - May 17)
4. FC Week - (May 18 - May 24)
5. DFN Week - (May 25 - May 31)
6. TATH Week - (June 1 - June 7)
7. PP Week - (June 8 - June 14)
8. M@W Week - (June 15 - June 21)
9. IVL Week - (June 22 - June 28
10. IBE Week - (June 29! - July 5)

So this week re-discover the awesome Tragically Hip EP. It's way under rated!
