Check out the absolutely cool card I saw on e-bay. It is the card Gord writes about in 50 Mission Cap...What a cool souvenire it would be!

I was really hoping for a couple of longer songs on this one. It is usually the longer ones that have that little extra music to drift to. The hip don't realise it yet but they are destined to be Canada's great jam band. Here's hoping for a 25 minute jam on the next tour.

Just finsihed my last exam for the year, and I am now ready for a full fledged Hip-filled summer. Can't wait to see the boys rocking to the new album!

Anyone else finishing up school soon?

Hello there everyone and thanks for this awesome board.

I've been into the Hip since the early 90's but haven't seen them live yet. ( I know, I know... it's aweful). Anyways I'm super excited about the possibility of seeing them live in Winnipeg. I am literally shaking in excitement. I'll definitely be watching this board for concert dates.

Thanks so much.

I tried to make the title as descriptive as possible so I wasn't leading anyone on that a full tour was announced.

Do you think if we get a Canadian tour in venues with assigned seating (hockey arenas, theatres, etc...) THC will continue offering first dibbs on the seats to THC members? Also, are they able to tell who signed up for THC first, and will it be based on seniority?

Personally I'd feel a bit ripped off if they don't continue offering Hip Club members with first chance at tickets, and it should be based on seniority.

Propelled by raw, driving guitars and Gordon Downie's inimitable vocals, In Between Evolution features standouts such as "Vaccination Scar," "The Heart of the Melt," and the first single, "Summer's Killing Us." Produced by Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Pearl Jam).

Looks like they will release "summer's killing us" as the first U.S single

Go Leafs Go!

For all the golfers in the Ottawa area, it looks like the courses will be a little busier tomorrow.
