Has anyone else noticed that Pretend and The Kids Don't Get It start off with the same lyrics? Can someone tell me what the reason is . . . I know THE HIP has one. There is always an underlying reason . . . Thanks

ROBERT PLANT WORKING ON DUETS ALBUM WITH COUNTRY STAR

Robert Plant has been spotted out and about in Nashville recently, but he's not on vacation. According to the Tenneseean newspaper, the Led Zeppelin frontman is working on a duets project with country and bluegrass star Alison Krauss. There's no word on how far along the sessions are or when it might be released, but the paper holds the idea of a Krauss/Plant album in high esteem, saying, "They should probably go ahead and book their trips to the 2008 Grammy Awards."


Also read that there's a Plant box set out, with all his solo cds remastered with bonus tracks, a DVD with live shit,, interviews..cool booklet..etc..

Sam and company are performing here tomorrow night at the Town Ballroom in downtown Buffalo.
Before the show at 2:00 pm they will be performing live at a little record store downtown - you must get a wrist band to attend - but it should be pretty cool.

Saw it last night and I loved every second of it. Best action flick I've seen this year, and easily the best Bond movie in 20 years. Daniel Craig is ass-kickingly good in the role, and I think he might be the best Bond since Connery. (word is he's already signed on to do two more) He plays it with a bit more seriousness than Brosnan and he's much more convincing in the action/fight scenes. He does have a couple of funny one-liners, but they come off as less campy, which actually makes them funnier. The biggest change I noticed is that "Q" isn't mentioned at all, and there are no funky gadgets this time around. But the movie is so freakin' good, it doesn't really matter.

Has anyone heard whether or not the Hip may show up again for this year's event at the Phoenix?

This morning on Q107 Kim Mitchell looped the intro of Little Bones and played an awesome guitar solo over it. Hopefully Q will post it to their website as it was pretty freakin' good.
