For anyone in the Buffalo area Reo is playing a free show tomorrow in Lockport ( north of Buffalo) two openers. Show starts around 5:30 ends around 11:00.

I just realized I saw Reo Speedwagon 23 years and 2 months ago .
Should be a large turnout. Last week Riders on the storm ( the Doors) played to a huge crowd.

(I searched and got nothing, so i'm sorry if this has been posted before)

I get in a customers car today at work (Subaru dealership) and I hear the last 30 seconds or so of a song... (No words, just some ooooOOOooooh's from the singer lol)

I'm sitting there kind of in a daze... What song is this? It sounds so damn familiar but I can't quite put my finger on it... I then realize it sounds just like Bobcaygeon, but it sounds a lot more country...

I pop the customers CD out to check out what the hell it was (Tim McGraw's greatest hits or whatever)

So I come home and check it out... The song is called Red Ragtop... The lyrics and most of the instruments don't sound much alike, but the background music definitely matches up.

Some dude on the Pearl Jam message board claims he's seeing the Hip this weekend. I'm pretty sure that Pemberton was their last show before heading to Hawaii to finish the new album. Are the boys playing a secret gig somewhere that the rest of us don't know about?

Not that we all haven't watched it 8 million times. SUN tv, channel 15 in Toronto, is airing this tonight at 9:00pm.

Just a heads up, Neil's on Letterman this evening, I'm thinking it's gonna be a non-musical appearance, however; I'm sure some of you will still care to partake.

Anyone else happen to catch a glimpse of this?

I just got home and my TV channels are VERY limited (As in, CTV is the only one that comes in clear enough to watch)

The end of Canadian Idol is on and they were showing little clips of everyone's performances for the night and here is one guy singing Little Bones!

From what I heard it wasn't very good at all, but i'm interested in looking it up on Youtube later and seeing it in its entirety just to see what the judges have to say, even if he butchered the song lol.
