Any 'basers use a netbook, a mini-laptop, whatever you'd like to call it? The biggest drawback to me seems to be the lack of a cd/dvd player and the mass amount of scrolling you have to do. But for the amount of travelling and writing I do at concerts, it seems worth it. Any opinions out there would be much appreciated-

Anyone else think it was a pretty shoddy performance? I know everyone is supposed to love Bruce and sing his praises, but my personal opinion is that the performance was bland and mediocore.

Hello Mac Users:

I am totally new to Mac and just recently picked up an iMac at the apple store. I have a few questions for you Mac experts out there.

1) What software is best to use for burning stuff? I used Nero with my pc but my Mac didn't come with software for burning?

2) What software should I be using to watch the hip dvd's from thehiptracker? I've downloaded a bunch but don't have a program to watch them right after download?

3) What bit torrent software works with Mac?

4) Does flac frontend work with Mac?

5) Does winamp work with Mac?

If anyone could address these questions, that would be very helpfuly.

Hi all. Here's another instance of Jenna_Bird crawling, begging and groveling for advice. Esthete bought my a BlackBerry Pearl (8120) for my birthday. It is wonderful. I love the browser, the speed, the general ease of use, etc. However, when it comes to doing anything more than day-to-day basic tasks, my BlackBerry outsmarts me. I have been trying, without success, to transfer some media files onto the phone. Nada. Nothing works. Music and video are out of the question. Photos work on a semi-consistent basis. Does anyone know how to remedy this situation, either from personal experience or support forum? I have poked around the forums at CrackBerry.com, but there is just an insane amount of poorly written information. Any and all advice would be appreciated.
