Regardless of the songs contained...which DVD should I grab?

I don't want to waste everyone's bandwith getting them all.

What would your list look like if someone asked you to " Name the ten best Tragically Hip songs released over the last decade."

Your list can only include songs from the albums Music at Work, In Violet Light, In Between Evolution, World Container and We are the Same as well as any singles or bonus tracks released during this time period.

The songs don't have to be ranked in order and you can use any criteria you'd like when determining the 10 best.

Good Luck.

Here's mine:

Depression Suite
Last Recluse
Dire Wolf
Are We Family
Josephine
Stay
Completists
Lake Fever
Throwing Off Glass
The Bear

I figure there are. I've got a couple questions about gear, looking to solicit some opinions.

- What water filtration method do you use? I had been researching this like crazy of late, and my head was spinning from all the conflicting product reviews and lack of concensus amongst experienced users. I just ordered the MSR Sweetwater, mostly because I found it on-sale for $63 US + free shipping. Good or bad move? I almost got a SteriPEN, but any method which relies upon an UV glass bulb, battery, and electronics in the backwoods just seems a tad bit too impractical to me.

- Do you carry a sleeping pad? I have been carrying a Ridgerest for years, and while a foam pad like that is great for colder ground, I want to an inflatable for 3-season comfort and compressiblity. The new ThermaRest Neo-Air is getting rave reviews in the backpacking community, but no way am I paying $150 US for a pad. Many seem to like the TR Prolite, but I've heard quite a few say that the Big Agnes Insulated Air-Core is more comfortable than the Prolite (for a lower price). Thoughts?

Any other brands or models of gear that you swear by and cannot imagine being without on the trail? I have a very nice Marmot Cross-Terra pack and absolutely love it (it changed my whole perspective of 'backpacking'), and I have nothing but good things to say about the Marmot brand itself.

Let's hear your opinions!

Since I'm chomping at the bit (and I don't think I'm the only one) to find out the US dates for this coming Fall, I thought I'd start up a thread for it - to discuss dates already known (such as Denver on Nov 1) and cities rumoured to be included (such as St. Louis).

Also, we can post the actual dates here when they are officially announced.

Have at it.

last night my roommate and I left our apt. around 830 to go get dinner...we came back home around midnight to find our front door cracked open. we walked in and saw that my Playstation 3 (along with some games), my laptop, his iPod, and his Nintendo DS were all stolen... we proceeded to call the police, our landlord, family, etc. and did not get to sleep until about 4am this morning. we are in shock and still a little bit shaken up...
something to distract our worrying minds would be great from you all.
oh and I am also in mourning of losing my entire HIP collection that was on my laptop. Sad Sad

the police think that the person/people that did it probably got in by using the shovel I left outside on our porch after burying Muse, my hamster, earlier that day to pry open the front door. it's been a sad sad week. Sad

the only thing I can do now is wait until July 25th...and see my favorite band of all time. it should be one day to remember for the rest of my life.

As of the 14th you can hear the whole album on msn/music. What are all your thoughts? I really want to like it, I want OLP to do good but i found the songs to fall short. It is a very short album and i feel it is missing something big. From first listen i grade it a C+/B-. HOWEVER and HOPEFULLY it grows on me.
