This may be a well known hip fact but I can't seem to find the any to my question via google. In the "in view" video at time 2:48 Gordie is running by a man that was hit by a car. The guy that hit the man is standing over him. When Gord runs past, he turns around toward the camera (man that hit guy) and to me it looks like either Steven Page from the Barenaked Ladies, or Matthew Good. Im leaning more towards Steven Page. But does anyone know if this is one of them?

I stumbled upon a cover version of COURAGE by Terri Nunn - Berlin awhile ago while looking for photo reference for a BERLIN concert poster. The song's included on a rare CD single called Fall Into Heaven that was released in 1999...that's really all I know about it. There's a Fall Into Heaven 2 but Courage is not included on that single.

It's pretty much Terri Nunn's rendition of Sarah Polley's version of Courage from The Sweet Hereafter. There's probably not many Berlin fans here but I thought I'd share for the completists out there.

*Note the typo (DONNIE) on Gord Downie's name in the song credits.

Saw Gordie and the gang at Hillside yesterday. Didn't get much vid because we were there with the kids, but did manage to get the first performance of "Yellow Days" during the "workshop" in the tent!

This is my favourite record store I have ever been to (with the exception of SonicBoom... but I mean, thats Toronto, and this is Saint John). Great vinyls that are very affordable. Also, the owners have given me the impression that they are not only Hipfans, but Basers as well. I figured I'd say hello online, so maybe I can pick up on their profile name(s).

I've been having a hard time finding the acoustic version available on Gord's Facebook page. I heard a rumor someone posted it over at the Hipbase. Would greatly appreciate someone kicking me in the right direction.

I do folky acoustic music sometimes under the name The Hero as Werewolf, and a little while ago I did a cover of Gord Downie's "Pillform." Thought i'd share.
