Hi All,
Just wanted to say "hello". I'm in Des Moines, IA and know absolutely no TTH fans down here. It's just me and the music. -sniff-

Anyone ever heard of the guys getting any closer to me than Chicago? With a big family now it's tough to roadtrip like the time some buddies and I drove to Copps Col. in Hamilton to see the Grateful Dead.

Thanks!

So I'm listening to Josephene... and if the album is half as good as I still think that song is (long after the intial all new is Hip is good Hip state most of us go through) I think we're in for the summer of our lives.

Thoughts?

Pat

Hi all....just a little rant Smile
As much as I love the dorm a live in, and the girls that live on my floor, the fire drills have to stop. Tonight the alarm went off at 2:25. I just got back inside at three o'clock. Standing outside in the snow while having the flu...not the best experience. Top to it off, this is the 7th time that the alarm has gone off after 1:30 am. F***ing sick. Anyone else have such horror stories? If not...sorry for taking up time/board space...just had to get this out before attempting to go back to sleep. G'night everyone.

Has anyone seen this Northern flick? I was insomniatic the other night and after shutting down the Gamecube after a few hours of hosing some baddies in Mario Sunshine (Am I a dork?), Confusedcratch: this movie was on FOX at about 4 a.m. (Eastern). I had only caught the last hour of it and it seemed like it would be pretty good. The only actor I recognized was Chris Penn (one of the most underrated I might add).

There was this kid in it who had a "Day For Night" :thumb: shirt on, it caught my eye and I decided to watch it. Turns out after seeing the credits, Coconut Cream :thumb: is part of the soundtrack, never heard it in the movie, but then again I'm not too sharp at 4 a.m. an' I only caught the latter half. I believe the movie was made in '95 and filmed in Vancouver. I can't remember. How is the movie as a whole? Penny for your thoughts?

O.k. I swear I heard on news that some politician is wanting another country to join Canada. It was a tropical one. :jump Has anyone else heard of this? It's really bugging me. It has not been on the news since, and I can't find any info on the net! Did I dream it? I hope not because I hate Winter!

Hey all

I'm assuming a lot of you are also Dave Matthews Band fans and may be apart the Ants or Nancies boards.

So here's my question. Do you like the civilized disscussion that this board provides or the assaholics who run a muck over at Ants?

Here's a good example of what I mean: http://www.antsmarching.org/forum/showt ... hp?t=96217

Hey Folks,
My name is James McKenty and I play with a band called The Spades. Gord Sinclair is working with us these days on our new album and being a generally wicked guy. Was talking to him today and he said that he feels thier new album is slightly different sounding and possibly a bit heavier. He seems happy with the results and excited to hit the road soon. The album is ofcourse produced by the man that recorded Queens of the stone age and we know that turned out to be a good thing.
