I was hoping this would just go away, I am embarassed and heartbroken. After LB's PM to the entire board, I realize I have to explain myself.

I made a serious lack in judgement in 1) coming onto this website and talking to people and 2) sharing so much with Lord Brazle.

I initially came onto this site to get some perspective and resolve from a difficult period in my past. I thought coming on here would help me in the healing process. I noticed LB's website with his poetry and lyrics and thought it was insightful. Then I read his previous postings and thought he could be the type of guy I could trust. And he seemed to be a true Hip fan, I thought any insight I had could give him some info for his Hip lyric page. My intentions were pure.

I began to expunge with LB, purely stream of consciousness stuff, most of it was just me working through things, I NEVER EVER thought it would end up on a Website. To say I'm embarassed and heartbroken would be an understatement. After I realized how much I told him and how much I had shared, I asked for his phone number to call him. My last email had gone unanswered and I was beginning to worry that he would do something like this. I trusted him, and my serious lack in judgement has caused me heartache and Gord embarassment. I went back and read it and realized that most of it isn't even accurate...I was just expunging, trying to work out things from over 10 years ago. Over 10 years ago.

I forget how popular the Hip are and how popular Gord is in Canada. And I forget that one of the band members pasts and personal information is entertainment for some. And it was stupid of me to come onto a fan site to try and work out some old unresolved issues and share it with someone I didn't even know. I've learned my lesson now.

That being said, I'm hoping that Lord Brazle will understand the situation and take that down from his site and everyone here will just let this go away. I trusted him when he said it wouldn't go any farther than he and I.

Please, I just want this to go away.

Itunes Canada has finally launched and a hip song called Night is for getting has been released as an exclusive track, I am downloading now, I will let everyone know how it is. :thumb:
