I'm looking for a guitarist and a bassist to start a rock/alternative band with. I've been playing for 13 years. My goals for now are to jam twice a week and get out there and play gigs. I'm a very dedicated musician and am looking for someone with similar goals.

Hey guys, I happen to have in my hands, this very second, one box set. It is gorgeous!!!

It is a tall, hard cover. Open it up, two cd's on the left inside, the book in the middle and two dvd's on the right side.

So nice!!!!!

pps. I got mine signed by the band - one of I think 20 in existence, and I think I will come up with some kind of contest to give it away . . . in due time . . . I won't wreck it, I promise!!! But I'll wait for a rainey day, so don't expect it soon. . . . you'll have to get your own and if you win, you can give your copy to a friend/family . . .

Is the bleeding due entirely to illegal downloading? Probably not. It may be due in large part to the industry's habit of producing crap. I'm suspicious of the apples-and oranges comparisons made in the article - sales vs. revenue vs. market share. Smells like selective reporting to me... but still, revenues being down 20 percent over five years is not good.

Now, everyone likes to bash on the record companies, but this is a bad, bad thing. This means less money for new acts, less money for artist development (as if they did that anymore, but we can dream), and so on.

You can pretend that record companies don't do anything, but who underwrites the cost of promotion and touring? The Internet sure as hell doesn't. The notion that bands can succeed and reach a large audience on their own just doesn't wash.

Everything will stabilize in the long run, but it looks like we're getting into a bad period for music.

Thick, 10 oz. heavy cotton. Womans shirts have a slight stretch to them - not sure of the official term for that, but the women I have shown them to think they are sweet in terms of form and shape. They are a cut, womans shirt, if that means something

note: the printing on the back is actually slightly higher and the ink has a slight glitter/sparkle. Very subtle. Very Nice.

Are there any - I'm sure there are, boots of an Evening with Tour, if so, what are they and which are the best? I'd love to hear them . . .

i can't believe he's actually playing here...i saw him about 15 years ago, and i seem to recall it being quite good...not sure what to expect tonight, but i will write a full blown review when i get home!! :thumb:
