Just bought it last night, and it's excellent. They really opened up the vaults for this tour with tunes like An Cat Dubh and Into the Heart making appearances in the set, not to mention an absolutely killer version of Electric Co. The new stuff sounds great as well. Miracle Drug, Original of the Species, Sometimes You Can't Make It, and City of Blinding Lights are much more powerful in concert than they are on the album. A gorgeous version of "40" closes out the show with the Edge and Adam Clayton switching instruments. Very cool stuff. Not quite as energetic as their "Live at Slane Castle" DVD, but it's definitely worth picking up if you're a fan.

Whats up witht the forum? Is this just me, or has the clock rolled back on everyone else too? I havent been able to get on the hipbase all day until now because it seemed the server was down, and now the last post that its showing is from Nov.1st and my post count has been rolled back.

In the spirit of Hipeponymous Day, it would be nice if we could reminisce and talk about all things Hip. Im watching the Bonus DVD with all the videos and man was it nice to see all the videos again, I know most have them from the tracker, I never did that. So for me it was nice to see them again, watching Gordy twitch in the Locked.. video almost made me fall out of my chair..lol. Since MM and MMM dont play their videos (hardly) anymore, its great to have them all in one place in perfect clarity. My 3 favorites are..

Locked in The Trunk of a Car-watching Gordy go skitz and the whole dumping the body theme is too cool, and the song rocks of course!

Nautical Disaster-love the b&w, and the video suits the song to a tee.

The Darkest One-funniest video ever, Don Cherry fighting with TPB's cant get much more Canadian than that, and I love when Gord runs into the kitchen after the cats eat all the chicken and he starts pretending to sing and acting all weird and the TPB's look at each other like...is this guy nuts? LOL, oh and when cherry knocks the cigarette out of ricky's mouth. :lol:
