Just came across this at chartattack.com, thought I'd post it in case any of you want to check it out.

Chart photographer Richard Beland will have an exhibit of his Tragically Hip photos on display at Toronto's Pikto Gallery from October 1 to November 27 in a retrospective showing billed as Colour Of The Night. Beland has shot the group at more than 100 concerts since 1993 and was also the photographer for their In Violet Light and In Between Evolution albums. He was nominated for a Juno Award for his contribution to the artwork for Hip singer Gord Downie's solo album, The Battle Of The Nudes, and has captured the images of Coldplay, The Cure, Nickelback and Nirvana, among many other prominent bands, over the years.

Give it up for...

Actually, this is tough. I'm torn between 'Fully Completely' which so nicely captures the ethos of the early Hip, and the poetic chutzpa of 'World Container.'

Worst one is easy though - In Violet Light is a sadly unfunny and uninteresting pun. Symptomatic of Gord's tendency to over-think his lyrics in that phase. And 'In Between Evolution,' as much as the albums kicks ass, is not very good either.

But I haven't answered my own question...

watching Six Feet Under again on DVD, and the 2nd to last episode has All Apologies by Nirvana, and it's just perfect for the mood...gives me chills everytime i see it...
