Great to see Gord and Lou at the ACC cheering on the Raps.
Gord's 0-2 for playoff games now though...
He better not show up cheering for the Senators tomorrow.

...Jesus Lou, try and stay awake.
Has anyone picked this up?

Watching the Sens-Rangers game, could hear Little Bones playing during a stoppage in play at MSG -- pretty cool. I had been cheering for the Sens, but I think I now have to switch to the Rangers. Sens are playing Cotton Eye Joe during stoppages in play.
Hipbaser rocketsan22 picked a fucking classic to send us into summer (Summer on!)
This show is hotter than Justin Trudeau.
It is also our second selection that is a VIDEO SELECTION
Also, you guys all know this one, and everyone will love hearing it again.
1998-07-07 - London, Ontario
MuchMusic presents Something On - The Tragically Hip live from Centennial Hall in London, Ontario.

Listen to the audio! Get drunk on Victoria Day and put the video on yer Chromecast!
Here is what rocketsan said about their choice.

Showcasing the songs for the release of Phantom Power, some longtime set favourites are new and full of life for their first live TV performance. Camp Trillium Benefit show that is full of great energy.
We will have a special selection for June-August. Will post details this summer about our next selection process.
Until then
Keep Hip and Have Fun.
Anyone interested in going to see Laura Marling at the Danforth Music Hall on May 10th? I have two hard copy tickets at face value. $70 for the pair.
I am hoping someone has Butts Wigglin' live on Video. The only song I have not seen a live version of.
Just came across this label called Artifact Records. They're releasing a bunch of archival CBC radio sessions from the show Brave New Waves on vinyl & CD, including the Rheostatics, Pursuit of Happiness, 13 Engines, the Grapes of Wrath, and Jr. Gone Wild. I might have to splurge on the vinyl for some of these, especially the Rheos, Grapes, and TPOH. They look so damn cool.

So apparently May 1st was national concert day. I had no idea..
Anyone else see the $20 all in tickets from Live Nation? From May 2 - 9 they have $20 tickets to select shows. No fees, just flat $20. Not a ton of shows, but still some really good acts...
Don't expect to get front row tickets, but for $20, I'd sit anywhere.. Also for some smaller GA shows, the tickets are just $20 and you can get up front since there is no seating. I just grabbed a $20 GA ticket to see Jimmy Eat World at London Music hall next week. Much better than the $46.50 price tag before this sale..
It's posted on their facebook page...check it out... https://www.facebook.com/LiveNation/

how people think these fake retailers are real is beyond me. if you really want to support Gord's charity, call the hospital and make a donation. stop buying shit from some strangers on facebook just because they tell you they are donating proceeds to charity.
