A guy is sporting the sky-blue hip tour shirt with the tree on the front and words circling the tree from what I think is the music at work tour in a new commercial featuring pre-sliced premium deli style cold cuts, possibly from oscar myer. I paused my tivo and I’m sure its the shirt. He is wearing a brown blazer/sport coat while looking at his wife/girlfriend’s/sister's sandwich in a kitchen, when she is out of the room he then cuts a piece off and eats it, she comes back and notices the missing piece. Keep an eye out for the commercial.

I was thinking the other day about what song you are tempted to skip the most on each of the full length studio albums.

There are a few albums where I rarely skip anything (though I do sometimes) and other albums where I skip a few (though some more than others).

I know there are a few fellow PG fans here...
After one listen, I won't lie, I am a little disappointed. Maybe it will grow on me.
It's not all disappointing though, I absolutely love his version of Flume. Either than that, nothing has really struck me yet. 'Up' is an epic, and its a shame that this is the first significant wave of new material since then (2002).
What does every one else think?

Many other notable Canadian acts performing too. Got my tickets ordered yesterday - still good seats avaiable at this 2000-seat theatre.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of these performances of Neil's songs by some pretty talented musicians.

Alive is a 1993 film by director Frank Marshall and producer Kathleen Kennedy. It is based upon Piers Paul Read's acclaimed 1974 book, Alive: The Story of the Andes Survivors (which itself was based upon interviews with survivors of the crash of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 on October 13, 1972).

The film tells the story of a Uruguayan rugby team (who were alumni of Stella Maris College)and their friends and family who were involved in the aircraft crash of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 which crashed into the Andes mountains on October 13, 1972.

After great debate, the remaining passengers decide to eat the flesh of their dead companions in order to survive. With protein in their bellies finally, a team of explorers sets off to search for the tail of the plane in hopes of finding the batteries for the transistor radio.

At the point of cannibalization, the rugby team captain declares: "With meat in my belly, I intend to get something done."

Gord must have seen the movie, and enjoyed this epic line enough to blend it into a song about the islander.
