Opinions? Being a Wings fan I'm glad to see Yzerman, Draper and Maltby were all named to the team. If nothing else they can go out and play on the third of fourth line and kill penalties.

Being a Leaf hater I'm glad Nolan, Nieuwendyk and McCabe didn't make the team. Nolan and Nieuwendyk would probably end up being too injured to play after two or three games and McCabe showed how liable he was defensively when he has to play 25+ minutes a game against a team like Philly.

All and all I was pretty happy with the roster...still think Bertuzzi will find his way onto the team some how, especially since Mario wants him there. I'm a bit surprised Brendan Morrisson wasn't named to the team since they're going with so many young guys. Brendan Morrow surprised me a bit, since they had already taken four checkers (Doan, Maltby, Draper and you could include Yzerman in there).

Anyways, I think Canada is a huge favourite going in as every other team has question makes (Sweden and USA have no goaltending, the Russians and Czeck's have poor defence).

any inside info on western dates? getting some heat from the man upstairs about vacation dates...i detest the man upstairs, but i digress....i had visions of a return tour through bud country minus the dodging of forest fires, which was actually kinda trippy but unfortunate all the same. yeah...forest fires and an autoed hip jersey...who wouldn`t want a repeat?

Hi ,just wanted to say sorry for my rant the other day. I did a huge dis-service to this board and it's members and I feel pretty shitty about it today. My lack of restraint was totally unacceptable and I hope I didn't set a bad precedent for the newbies thinking that this is the way we treat each other here. I will keep my cool in the future.

Hi All,
I am quite dumb when it comes to computers, but I am having a huge problem with my MP3 player- when i try and connect the usb cable from my computer to the player i get a "usb device not recgnized message". Now, my first instinct was to check the player on another computer to ensure that it was not defective- when i hooked up the usb to another comp, it recognized it right away and set up all the new hardware. I;ve tried everything, does anyone know a solution so i can get this thing back u and running. Thanks for reading.

Ahoy, has anyone heard of this before? I'm not sure how visible it is with the naked eye but it does cause cd's to skip. I've not experienced this phenomenom first hand(well not that I know of) but a close friend told me. I hope this isn't true. I've prawly got around 700 cd's. But I remember when they first brought forth cd's and I think they said you could put your finger prints on them and they'd play great still but thats not the case. :?

Very cool website, I was hoping I'd run into something like this sooner or later. Anyways, I'm from around Winnipeg and like some of the other new members on the board I've been a long time fan, but haven't seen the 'Hip live yet. I hope to change that when they come to Winnipeg touring In Between Evolution this summer!

This looks like a very cool community, glad to come aboard.
