read in the edmonton sun today that the hip will play rexall place in the fall ,"during hockey season"..so thats like october, which is the entire summer away...plus a nice chunk of the fall..i may have to take my holidays in ontario this year..dilema

Hey Gang,

I was just wondering what the rarest hip song might be. Are there any songs that have never been played live. I know the IVL hip club songs were only played at the special concerts they did at the beginning of the IVL tour so that makes them pretty rare. I think I heard that they played fiddler's green only one time live, any truth to this? I'm listening to the ultimate rarities cd which got to start this thread.

Because I love adding fuel to the pre-IBE fire...I'm sure some other Hipbasers got this e-mail, from the Inside Edge:

On Monday, IBE will be upon us in less than one month. Every DJ on the Edge has been manking hints towards the show, so ears open everyone on Monday, I'd say of the two concerts, one of them has to be July 1st, Molson Amphitheatre!

Not all of us are as lucky to hear the entire album. But through online purchases and second grade bootlegs, we've found four new Hip songs. Which of the four are you feeling. For me, I can't wait for You're Everywhere (Ballroom), and am still puzzled as to why this song wasn't released as a single. I'm more than ecstatic about the new songs, but if/when they release a third single, isn't You're Everywhere where it's at? Vaccination Scar's been a hit for me since day one, and Summer's Killing Us has found its way into my morning routine of checking my email and my bank balance in desperation for beer after work... but of the four I NEED ballroom,ballroom,ballroom... you?

Summer's Killing Us- anywhere someone from buffalo can D/L this. Pure tracks wont let me

I'm trying to find a copy of this show. I do have a copy, but it was recorded out of the audience and would like to get a better quality recording if possible. Has some sentimental value. I have a decent collection of boots if anyone would like to trade CDRs. My personal favorites in my collection are the Chicago dates at the House Of Blues. Any help is greatly appreciated.
