Hi.
I need an online Oldies Canadian station for my boss.
No US radio on the net, and he is looking for oldies to listen to at work.
Thanx.

Hey Lance,

Unlock the 2004 Review section of the website. There are so many posts going up about Edmonton already. It would be cool to have them all in one section. Sound Good?

Jamie

Downie admits the issue of downloading is an extremely grey area.

"On the one hand, I like the fact people are exercising the music-listening muscle," he says. "But for musicians, we take a loan from the record company to make a record on the scale we need to make it on. We put a lot of time and effort into it."

This is not mine.
I borrowed this from the Hip newsgroup:

"We gotta... I wanna get this right,
'cause you had to jump through fiery hoops to be with us tonight."

Just back in from the concert here in Edmonton. Club setting was
amazing, I'm bad at estimating sizes - 500, 600 people maybe? The band
sounded really tight, the fall tour is going to be awesome. Songs I
can remember, in no particular order:

Poets
Summer's Killing Us
One Night in Copenhagen
It Can't Be Nashville Every Night
Courage
NOIS
Fully Completely
Grace Too
Mean Streak
Are We Family
Goodnight Josephine
Wheat Kings
My Music At Work
It's A Good Life If You Don't Weaken
Dire Wolf
At the Hundredth Meridian
We'll Go Too

Highlights - Gord starting over in Summer's Killing Us after he forgot
some words, teasing us by shouting Courage before they played a new
song (followed by Courage), and ripping through the "If I die of
vanity..." part of Meridian. 3 encores and a promise to come back in
the fall. Can't wait. The concert seemed to fly by, it's only now that
I look at it that I realize it was a pretty wicked setlist. Anyhow,
great time. You guys/gals in Calgary and Vancouver are in for a treat.

m.r.t. (now really seriously fully completely can't wait for the 29th)

Just wondering if anyone here has any or collects pearl jam tour posters. I have acouple and the artwork is pretty cool.

Anybody have any extras they are looking to get rid of. I might be willing to work out a trade for an unspoken for ticket to the mod club on the 29th?

I will not sell this ticket, will only trade rarity for rarity.

PM me if you have something interesting

Jon-o aka J-Roc (of Trailer Park Boys fame) aka Jonathon Torrence is one of the actors on the new season of Joe Schmo!!!

It's amazing how a well known Canadian TV actor can play an unknown on a US program.
