I need some help using Nero 6 Ultra Edition. I'm trying to burn the Portland dvd and have no clue how to do it. I've tried using the help feature and searching the net for some help on how to do it.

Can anyone lend a hand as to the steps of burning the dvd so I can watch it on my dvd player?

Just as a FYI. If you are unable to connect via FTP you should still be able to connect via HTTP. Just pop thehip.dyndns.org into your browser.

Maybe it's just because I woke up at 5:45am with a headache and there's something I'm not seeing, but I am searching for something in a specific post and, when all the threads containing those words or something like it come up, there's no way to easily find the post in question. If I click on the forum, it takes me to the forum. If I click on the thread, it takes me to post 1. If I click author name, it takes me to their profile.

Is there any way to use the Search feature to find an isolated post in a thread with over 100 replies?? I can't remember if I've ever done it before, but I sure can't do it at the moment.

Aides: Ashcroft likely to leave post

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Attorney General John Ashcroft is likely to leave his post before the start of President Bush's second term, senior aides said Thursday.

Ashcroft, 62, is described as exhausted from leading the Justice Department in fighting the domestic war on terrorism since the September 11, 2001, attacks. Stress was a factor in Ashcroft's health problems earlier this year that resulted in removal of his gall bladder. (Ashcroft in intensive care)

Ashcroft is expected to resign before Bush's January 20 inauguration, said aides who spoke only on condition of anonymity. They said there is a small chance he would stay on, at least for a short time, if Bush asked him.

The attorney general has not officially informed his staff of his future plans, spokesman Mark Corallo said.

At a news conference, Bush said he hasn't made any decisions about his Cabinet.

Ashcroft, a former two-term governor and senator from Missouri, has long been a favorite among Bush's base of religious conservatives. He also is a lightning rod for Democrats and other critics on issues ranging from the anti-terrorism Patriot Act, which expanded rules for eavesdropping, to abortion rights and gun control. Names that have been floated in recent weeks as a possible replacement include Ashcroft's former deputy, Larry Thompson, who would become the first black attorney general.

Others include Marc Racicot, who was Bush's campaign manager, and White House general counsel Alberto Gonzalez, who would give Bush a notable Hispanic appointment.

I have a piece of popcorn kernel stuck in my teeth. For the life of me, I cannot get it out, and it will be another 6 hours until I'm even close to my toothbrush. :x Anyone else irritated by little things today?
