Can anyone recommend a site to download some string cheese incident from? I've never heard them and I see they have alot of music at livedownloads.com and I'd like to hear them before I purchase some of thier shows.

As the topic of the Detroit DVD has been discussed to death, and I've gotten tired of the jabs and jokes; I decided to simply put out a single angle version.

Here are clips from all 4 versions. Have a watch, and vote on which angle you want to see.

I have a separate audio source that I'll mix in, so don't judge based on sound.

I'll run this poll until December 10.

Save the links to your hard drive. They are 11mB divx.avi clips.

Angle 1
-Best quality picture, the monopod gets hit a few times resulting in some camera shake.

Angle 2
-Steady shot, more wide angles, lower quality picture, same location as Angle 1

Angle 3
-Steady shot, closer zooms, lower quality picture, shot from 25 feet to the left of Angle 1

Angle 4
-From side stage, in the "pit", arms in the way at many points, really gives the being there feel

don't know if anyone cares or not but i thought i might warn those of you who are casually going to check last nights set list expecting to hear a few seconds of gus playing over and over that you may get blind sided by a few bars of josephine...live.

Man, I can't get over how great It's A Good Life If You Don't Weaken sounds live. It sounded great when I downloaded the Canada Day show from livedownloads.com, and I was hoping they'd play it again in Toronto. Well they did, and it blew me away again!

The album version is good, but live it just sounds so powerful, so full of emotion... just knocks me on my ass!

Hey everyone!

I am visiting Montreal at the end of the month for a few days. I haven't been there in 15 years! Does anyone have any knowledge on cool places to go to go, things to do.. good bars, cheap shopping, restaurants, etc?

I have also heard that there are some restaurants that allow patrons to bring their own wine and beer? What a refreshing change from the intense laws in Ontario!

Any idea would be really appreciated!

I recorded this last night... I wasn't going to put it out there -- I was going to wait and see if someone released a better copy.. but why not!

Anyone who has a better copy, feel free to put it out there! It's not too bad except for the people beside us talked ALL night and almost got into a fight early in the night and the woman behind me knocked the mic a few times throughout the show.

can anybody figure this one out? I cant piece together the beginning at all. Although ive never really been good at figuring out the lyrics for hip songs.
