Just wondering if there's a list anywhere of all the parks/arenas/venues showing the final show? I'm in BC (lower mainland) and know there will be parties in Whistler, New Westminster and the Commodore in Van. Anyone know of more?

Many of you know Tim Thompson from his outstanding Hockey Night in Canada pre-game films, some of which have included Hip songs.

As part of a hockey podcast I do, I sat down with Tim to have an in-depth conversation about The Hip. It's a bit emotional, but why shouldn't it be?

Is closest to home and haven't been able to get a pair! If anyone happens to have a pair they're looking to sell I'd definitely be interested - thanks!

I think Phish fans do this. I have no idea how the Phans make it work. 1 point per correct song. 2 points if you have it in the correct slot?

Play a round for every show?

Do you think because the Kingston show is being shown on tv and in many public gathering spaces that they will not follow these awesome setlist variations and stick to a greatest hits kind of crappy set?

I have two Tragically Hip tickets, Section 122 Row 26 Seat 21,22 for the Toronto Sunday show August 14th, looking to trade for two tickets to either the Wednesday or Friday shows. Also, if anyone is selling extras for any of the shows or has an extra ticket and needs someone to go with, get at me.

I may not be able to arrive as the same time as the rest of my party for this show. I am the card holder - I have three ppl in my party. One may be late.

How has this process worked?

I thought this was pretty interesting - three shows in and already 52 different songs!

So excited for Ottawa!

Driving home from work tonight I had the iPod on shuffle and on comes "Heart of the Melt" and before long I'm going too fast. As soon as Gord sang "Blue" I was somewhere else.
There are many non-Hip tunes that do this to me, such as "Never Enough" by the Cure. "Wait, I'm not in an action movie?" Better slow down, and not be such a slave to the music.
