I have been downloading some TV torrents lately.
When I transfer them to DVD - twice now the voices have not matched up to the video.
Am I doing something wrong?
It is a straight video file to DVD.
I can't think of anything to change.
I am using Nero.

Just uploaded the VHS to DVD transfer I did for the Hip's set, 1995-10-24, Philadelphia, PA. Another short set opening up for Page & Plant.

I bought a new monitor for my pc today. its a 17" flat screen. I used to have a 19" full size monitor it was soo bulky and heavy and it ate up most of my desk so I had to get a new one. Anyway so I hooked it up and to get the best resolution it said to set it at 1280x1024, but when I do that the picture is great but everything is small, when I view a webpage its right in the middle and on the left and right there is a big empty space. So I dropped the res. to 1024x768, that fills the screen up for the most part, and the pic quality is still very good but not great. Is this the way it is? Or can I make some adjustments to fill the screen and make things look larger at the highest resolution? Anyone?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, Im not monitor savvy I guess.

Has anyone heard the complete version of Dani, California the new single from RHCP. I have only heard snipets but it sounds great, very Chili Pepperish but still different. As well I am reading the book Scar Tissue written by Anthony Kiedis. It is a great read for any fan of the band. He has done alot of crazy stuff in his life. Has anyone else read this book?

i'd never heard of this movie, but saw it on the movie channel last night..great british gangster flick...starring daniel craig, who's gonna be the next james bond..he's trying to quit the biz, but finds out it's not that easy..some really tense scenes, with of course some english humour thrown in..great twists...thumbs up!!
