There have been some great shows uploaded recently from the 1996-1997 era. Here's what I propose: we have a 1996 - 1997 April Blitz of shows. These recent shows, along with a thread that was recently bumped, gives light to the amazingness of the Henhouse tour. Tommorow night, I will upload 1996.06.21 - Dallas, Texas - "Deep Ellum Live". Hopefully everyone will also enjoy that. Anyways, just a thought. Hope more people also jump aboard :thumb:

Is it just me or is anyone else disgusted and ashamed at the train wreck that just took up 2 hours of my life? The sound quality was terrible the band's performances were unlistenable and it looked as though no one had rehearsed... Remember when the Juno's used to be more than a Joke? SAD!

is Canadian rap.

i swtiched over to the junos and saw the lamest "rap" act i have ever seen. i don't even know who he was. just some wanna-be rapper in a wife beater, with 2 of the ugliest dancers i have ever seen. i think he picked them up on pizza corner, in halifax, last night.

pathetic

Coldplay were awesome, though

I was just wondering if there are many people on this board that watch UFC pay per views or the show. Maybe it just appeals to my desire/inambition to brutally attack some people. Anyway this ppv is looking awesome with Forrest Griffin V Tito Ortiz. And then the show starting with Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz as coaches. Any predictions/betting tips?

just came through the wire at work..sadly the 2nd sentence is really hard to read

Neil Young and Alberta rockers Nickelback picked up two Juno Awards apiece tonight in Halifax.
Nickelback was named group of the year and also snagged the best rock album award for ``All the Right Reasons.''
Young beat out Nickelback in the best producer category and his work, ``Prairie Wind,'' was named best adult alternative album.
Young now has five career Junos.
A total of 32 award winners were announced tonight.
The remaining seven trophies will be handed out tomorrow night during a two-hour prime-time show on C-T-V, hosted by Canadian actress Pamela Anderson.
The Tragically Hip and Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra were also double winners tonight.
The Hip's career retrospective ``Hipeponymous'' won for best music D-V-D and best artwork design.
Tafelmusik picked up the best children's album award and a second Juno for best classical album by a large ensemble.

I posted this today. It's the first time for me actually creating a torrent, so hopefully I didn't screw it up too badly. Feedback, etc will be welcomed. Also, anyone who has more info about the taping history of this show, please share it.

Thanks and enjoy,

Pat

The Hip performed the Andrew Cash song "Hey Maria" at the Kumbaya Festival in '93, and now I'm addicted to that song. Can someone maybe find or make me a tab of it? I've looked all over, and I can't find one of it.

Thanks.
