...and it ain't fun. But at least I only had to get one out. I've heard horror stories of people having to get all four pulled, and I don't even wanna know what that feels like. I also scoured every record store in the city today looking for the new Drive-By Truckers album which is supposed to have been released today, but nobody has it, and nobody seems to know when they'll be getting it in. I was hoping that some new DBT would help ease the pain in my mouth, but I guess I'll have to order it online and wait a few days.

Spring has finally arrived in the terrifyingly bleak land of Syracuse. I was just getting ready to go running when I realized that my neck and shoulders are sore. I poked at them a bit, and examined them under the ungodly lighting in the bathroom and found that they're sunburned! I am elated. I'm ready for nice weather and all of it's indicators! I should also mention baseball, non-winter seasonal beer, buds on trees, baby animals and flip flops are also on my "hey! the weather doesn't suck anymore!" list.

What other signs of better weather are popping up for the hipbasers?

I'm always hearing about this Wendy person in groups. Everybody is always joking, which is fine, but for us newer hipbase members, what is the origin of Wendy?? You gotta make fun for some reason! (Let us in your fun little world of jokes)

I just hung up the phone with a good friend who has an in with the Buffalo Show promoters/organizers. There will be some sort of VIP event/seating for the Hip show and guitar festival. The VIP tickets/event will be announced in June. I called WNED and they would not confirm the VIP event but when asked they would not deny it either. Maybe Mav could shed a little light on this.


In addtion, the same friend told me to there may possibly be regular tickets for sale during the WNED Great TV auction, which is set to start in May.

Anyone in any rows V, T, or Y. If so we may be able to work a trade or something to possibly set up pairs or threes, etc. I needed threes and fours together...it did'nt happen..argh. Let me know. Thanks
