is that Johnny saying that..Bob Dylan?

Content is welcome at both.

I got the obligatory itunes gift card for Christmas this year and tried to purchase the Hip Live Volume One. The American site does not offer them and the Canadian site will not let me. Has anyone in the States had this problem? cratch:

Ford once calculated that a human life was worth $10,000 or less when they chose not to recall the Pinto. Customer Service is a cost of doing business. Can we come up with a list of the best and worst companies/corporations out there in terms of their customer service. Which companies realize that things look good on paper but human decency and logic weigh in? Which busineses on the other hand are shisters and rip people off like there's no tomorrow? I find some places do everything they can- to do "damage control" when one of their loyal customers is discouraged but some basically tell you to go to Hell...

My Best: most hotels/restaurantes, E-Bay, Pepsi, CN Tower, and Midus.

Worst: Minto (evil), Canadian Tire, Bell, Rogers, car insurance companies.

Jury still out: Disney, Nike, the Ontario Lottery and Game Commission...
