So...did anyone else get screwed because the paper and the Hip website said tickets for Artpark were going to go on sale at noon today????

I only bought one pair of presale (Thursday) because I thought I'd get better seats today when they went up. I'm really mad about this.

MaV....any idea what happened?

I have a pair on the far left, and a pair on the far right, one of which was listed as obstructed.

I am hoping this is more for plays and musicals and such where you need to see the whole stage. Has anyone ever been in one of these "obstructed" seats for a concert, and if so, how bad are they?

I haven't been here since the WC tour, and now I can't find my concert stats>/?? can someone point me in the right direction?

I know I have my little list. Is it too early to start this thread????..lol :thumb:

Hi all, I'm brand new the board and wanted to know if they have any kind of signing after concerts? I'm taking my daughter to our first Hip concert in June in Vancouver at the Orpheum and know nothing about them. Thanks

The mural story is a pretty well-known part of Hip lore, but I always thought there was something else to it. Something about the band living in an apartment building on the other side of the alley the mural was painted on, hence the "between us" being somewhat literal? Is there anything to this or did I dream it?

Growing up I never really liked the Hip, honestly it was Gord's voice that annoyed the hell outta me. Sometimes I felt like the only Canadian that didn't like them. As I have grown up their music has grown on me and I can really appreciate their music more then ever. At the moment I would call myself a casual fan, lately I have been listening to Morning Moon and Love is a first non stop since they first appeared on the site and I love both songs. I've got tickets to opening night in Kitchener and I can't wait. I find myself enjoying this band more and more. Just thought I'd share.
