Email the following with your thoughts of not getting the CD on the 7th from the Ticketmaster ticket pre-sale. I was told the CD should arrive by end of next week.

Thanks for your quick response.



It is unfortunate that the CD did not arrive at my residence the day it was released. If all the stores across Canada can receive the CD for sale on Tuesday April 7th, there is no reason that die hard Hip fans who bought pre-sale tickets along with the new CD can’t get it the day it comes out. Considering the purchase was placed March 3rd, six weeks ago, processes should have been put in place to make sure it happened.



I am not the only one that is extremely disappointed in this transaction, many fans of The Hip who made the same purchase have expressed anger and disappointment. I am not sure who is at fault with this delay but it should be recognized as a complete failure.[/b]

This might be a weird question, but...is the second Calgary show cancelled? It's not listed on Pollstar; much more worrying, it's not listed at thehip.com either. I have row CCC for this concert; anyone know the deal?

Did any of you guys hear this on CBC yesterday? Jian Ghomeshi, host of the arts and entertainment show "Q" on CBC interviewed Billy Bob Thornton and his band The Box Masters and Thornton was a complete idiot. He took exception to his introduction mentioning that he was an actor and as a result was very hostile throughout the interview. I think Jian is an excellent host and handled this very well and in the end his show is getting a lot of free press from this.

Does anyone else hear this on their copy? There is some sort of pffft artifact I hear coming out of the left speaker at the 3:44-3:45 mark of the song.

Don't know if this is common to all WATS copies or if mine has a defect.
