i used to think that it was Bud Selig... i mean, he was in charge of a league where the majority of players were taking illegal, performance enhancing drugs (and yet, the game is still boring as hell)

but with the latest Bettman / Balsillie fiasco, i think that Bettman deserves the trophy.

what do you think?

Match-up #52 - Locked in the Trunk of a Car Vs. New Orleans is Sinking
Listen to the two songs in the match-up Back to Back, and consider the lyrics of the song. Feel free to post an unbiased analysis of both songs in this thread, but please refrain from cheerleading or making predictions for your favourites.

Hey,

Just thought I'd mention that I saw Kevin Kane (Grapes of Wrath) at a small venue in Waterloo last night and he put on a fantastic show!

Just Kevin and a guitar and he did a set of old Grapes tracks and stuff from his new album (How to build a Lighthouse). He's doing a tour of Ontario and Quebec over the next couple of weeks.

Anyway, as I sat on the couch beside the stage, I kept thinking that this guy should be playing to more people because he's amazing ... well worth the $10!

Tour info is available here: http://www.kevinkane.net/site/

I think he's in TO next!

Just seeing if anyone would be interested in this trade. I have an extra pair of tickets for the sold out Fri. Sept. 11 show in Winnipeg in the balcony. If someone ends up with an extra pair in the balcony for the show being added on Mon. Sept. 7 please post here or pm me. They're the less-expensive of the two tiers.
