I know Firefox doesn't support ActiveX because it's a microsoft thing and they don't add support for MacOS, etc. Have any of you found a safe add-on to allow it to run in Firefox? Obivously it wouldn't be a Mozilla thing.

I need it to run a program through my work that I normally run in Internet Explorer but of course it's being a pain in the arse as usual. If it were my home computer I would try stuff out on my own but with the work one I don't want to screw anything up and get blamed for it so I'm asking around before I do anything else.

Any ideas/advice is appreciated.

Thanks

I'm sure you've all seen the commercials for the Doritos Viralocity campaign, those annoying TV ads about people trying to make Doritos commercials. I hate them too, but free money is free money, and there's $250,000 on the line here! I decided to have some fun with it and come up with the most bizarre name possible,
Spicy Brontosaurus. If I win, every store in Canada will be carrying bags of Spicy Brontosaurus, so in effect we all win. Also, my incredibly annoying commercial will be aired on Much Music.

If you'd like to help me out, please click on the link in the previous paragraph, watch the video, vote it 5 stars, pass it along, etc. Not only will I make a ton of money, but we'll all get a good laugh when the product actually hits store shelves.

Just got this email from the New Porno's... I'm sure there's some fans on the base, nice to hear them stepping the tempo up a bit after their last (still quite excellent) album.

Hello distinguished patrons!

We hope that the winter has been kind to you all, and we are very
excited about this installment of The Fake Headlines.

First, we'll cut to the big news!

It was on May 29, 2007 that we released the first music from
Challengers. One of our favorite songs called My Rights Versus Yours.
(Rosie O'Donnell also announced she was leaving "The View" that day.
Coincidence??)

Nearly three years later, we proudly present to you the first song
from Together, entitled "Your Hands (Together)."
You can download it here
<http://www.matadorrecords.com/mpeg/the_new_pornographers/new_pornographers_your_hands_together.mp3>

The inspirations for the song is a magical trifecta of Black Sabbath
s War Pigs with ABBA s Waterloo and Siouxsie and the Banshees
Christine.
Please feel free to tell all of your friends about it and make sure
to play it LOUD!

We are also in the works of confirming our full touring schedule for
2010 and plan to traverse a good part of the four corners of the
world. To satiate you right now, the following tour dates are now
confirmed and on sale.

Tour Dates

19 May London, UK - Electric Ballroom

21 May Berlin Germany - Magnet 'Club NME'

22 May Hamburg, Germany - Molotow

23 May Amsterdam, Holland - Melkweg

25 May Brussels, Belgium - Orangerie

26 May Paris, France - La Maroquinerie

27 May Toulouse, France - Cafe Rex

28 May Barcelona, Spain - Primavera Sound

31 May Quincy, WA - Sasquatch Music Festival

Go to our website <http://www.thenewpornographers.com/liveA/live.php>
for full ticketing information.

We're also now on twitter! Connect with us in every imaginable social
networking way possible!

That's all from us for now. Look out next month for the next

So I was reading on CNN yesterday an article about a new website called "chatroulette" where basically if you have a web cam you can randomly connect and talk with anyone around the world.

Thought I would go have a look...............Confusedhock: Confusedhock: Confusedhock: Confusedhock: what a cesspool of humanity. I didn't realize there were so many weirdos in the world

It's on Twitter, so it has to be true:
