who sings lonely?
everyone sings lonely
it doesn't sound so bad
who is free?
everybody's freed from the tired of being sad
so sad

Maybe its already been mentioned here, but thought I'd mention it in case it hasn't.

Was in K-town on Thursday and happened to run into Paul. We only talked for a couple minutes (as I did not want to bother him) but did quickly ask if he's going to do another solo CD. He said he is working on right now and should be out in the fall.

IMO "Fix This Head" was the best Hip solo project yet, so really looking forward to this.

Hi Folks,

After all these years, many thanks go to Chris for sharing footage from this 2006 show. I was at this one (and the next night), and have really enjoyed re-living this show!

This project also has served as a bit of an experiment for me, as this is my first time using Final Cut Pro, and also my first attempt at a multi-cam.

Enjoy!

Just stumbled on this!

I've been watching a lot of this new network HIFI and have been recording a show called Guitar Picks hosted by Kim Mitchell: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://hifi.ca/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=278:guitarpicks&catid=10:catg&Itemid=3">http://hifi.ca/index.php?option=com_con ... g&Itemid=3</a><!-- m -->.

Anyhoo, episode 202 includes a lot of Paul. Very, very cool hearing him speak technically of guitars, strings, & pickups. I can find no trace of this episode on Youtube, nor at HIFI.ca but I'm sure it'll surface soon enough. It'll probably be repeated as well - on Bell Aliant FibreOp it's channel 450HD.

Other providers: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://hifi.ca/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2&Itemid=8">http://hifi.ca/index.php?option=com_con ... 2&Itemid=8</a><!-- m -->

Carry on.

Hey All,

Kind of quiet on the boards these days so here is a bit of Hip trivia along with a challenge.

The Tragically Hip have 16 songs in their catalogue that have been performed live over 300 times. In alphabetical order, they are:

Ahead By A Century
At The Hundredth Meridian
Blow At High Dough
Bobcaygeon
Courage
Fire In The Hole
Fireworks
Fully Completely
Gift Shop
Grace Too
Little Bones
Music @ Work
Nautical Disaster
New Orleans Is Sinking
Poets
Springtime In Vienna

My challenge to you is to rank the songs from most to least played.

When you post a ranking I will tell you how many you correctly ranked out of 16 and also highlight the correct ranking with the total number of shows played.

You can submit a ranking list as many times as you like but you must wait at least 1 response after yours before you can submit again.

The first person to rank all 16 correctly is crowned the winner.

No cheating, no researching. Just answer with your gut instinct.

Good luck and Happy Easter!
