Well, it's going on right now...I hope everybody is watching this!! What a wonderful game. It's really redeeming to be able to watch Grant Fuhr make those awesome saves. But I think the one thing I'll always remember this game for, of all things, is the players stopping to pick up their touques when they fall off! And every now and then, one of them lifts a fallen touque on their stick and fires it over the glass. What a great down-home kinda moment Go Heritage Oilers!!!

PS: Does anyone else hate how the Habs have their own logo on their touques but the Oilers have giant four-inch Ford logos?? I hate commercialism...I can sit through the ads and ignore the signs all around the boards, but knowing each Canadian NHL legend was forced to make sure the Ford logo was facing forward is kinda annoying.

I was just listening to the Grant Park "Taste of Chicago" bootleg and I'm amazed to hear what sounds like a Hammond B3 organ in every song. It sounds AWESOME!! Just WICKED! The flourishes here and there, the underlying tones...I think it's the best addition I've ever heard. Not too loud, not too overwhelming, but a perfect complement!

So does anybody know the story behind this? Who's doing organ and why? And was this the only show ever to have it?! I am thrilled the boot is one of the best quality because this is a show not to be missed!! If anybody doesn't have this, trade for it!!! You won't be disappointed!!! (if the exclamation mark police come looking, tell them you haven't seen me)

Whoa! Am I the only one who is totally pumped about the news that Adam Kasper is the producer for the next record?! This is the biggest name the guys have ever worked with! This guy has collaborated with Weezer, Cold
Foo Fighters, Geddy Lee, Mudhoney, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden and Queensrýche, among others! This is some of the best-selling music of the past decade! I totally can't wait to hear what comes of this.

Hey is anyone going to the joe show in kingston monday night? The Dobbie brothers are headlining the show. Shadow and taz on the kingston station were saying a few of the guy's from hip will be there. My guess is that it will not be Gord D. Did anyone go last year? Proceeds go to the musical lending library in memory of kingston area musician Joe Chitland.
If i remember right its not at the grand theatre but maybe the memorial auditorium????
