Could Darien Lake really have been that long ago? Regardless, it truly was a fantastic night for all in attendance. I finally got some pics scanned, here's just a few. Jamie, Brendan, Darren, I've got a bunch more if you want to have a look, anyone else for that matter too....and much thanks to Lance for the help with the pics. It's the first time I've ever attached anything here, so hope it all works out for all of us. I've got a much larger version of the first pic, with semi-circular lights around Gord if anyone is interested...

DFN is quite the dark and brooding album. Many emotions (some would consider negative), locked museums, Nazis, emergencies, disasters, several references to death...

Film Noir?

Greasy Jungle = Metropolis noir (dark city)
Thugs = (nuff said)
Inevitability Of Death = talks about going to Hell
Nautical Disaster = Immoral actions
Grace, Too = Features a womanizer
and the list goes on...

The hip have historically rotated between two or three different opening songs on each tour... most likely Vaccination Scar will be one of them, what do you think the other may be once the tour starts?

I know they opened with Heaven at the very first club show, but then stopped so it probably didn't work too well... my bet is either Nashville or maybe Heart (think that would be a great opener).

Just made the 3 hour trip from Swift Current to N.Battleford. Road trips are always the best way to get into new albums. I was just interested to know what cd's you all take on the road. Here's what I had:
