somehow i'm unable to do so anymore getting a message i've reached my "uploading limit of 528kb"..however the pics i'm trying to post are nowhere near that big

actually a pretty cool show for network television...i'm surprised..sure beats the hell outta the latest who wants to marry my second cousin billy shows....and it's got one on the most beautiful women i've ever seen starring in it..and she's from kelowna!!!

I just saw them on Letterman, and I have to admit: the lead singer's mannerisms are exactly like Gordies! The way he uses his hands and the way he stares into the air. It's weird, because I've never seen anyone act like Gordie on stage, except for this guy...

Anyone else notice this??

I found this on Prospera Place's website regarding taping:

"Cameras (Digital included) are not permitted at any Kelowna Rockets hockey games. Cameras are also not allowed for events, unless an exception is made by the artist or event production. Under no circumstances are video cameras allowed at any time."

Naturally i found this after I emailed them a question. No specific mention of audio taping there though. I mentioned to them that the band allows and encourages taping so we will see what the response is....

Okay everyone, here it is. This was my very first time seeing the hip, it was the first time I boolegged a show, and this is my first time creating & seeding a torrent. (so go easy!!)

I believe this show has been available for a long time already. I downloaded the mp3s from thehundredthmeridian site myself and what was posted there must have come from a high-generation cassette copy. I decided to dig up the original source cassette, hook up my cassette deck to the computer, and do a nice digital transfer from the original. (Thank's again Bauer for the help)

The difference is amazing.

This show contains my favourite version of Montreal, a great version of New Orleans is Sinking (killer whale tank style), and I've got the original introduction included (not found on the mp3s).

I know all the kinks are not yet worked out on the new Hip Tracker, so Chris has been kind enough to provide a link for this post.

I sure hope this works......Save the link to your hard drive....

So I went out the door this morning with the very show in which Gord proclaims "Happy Stupid Day" playing in my discman. As I was locking the door, I heard the bus roaring down the street towards me, turned, and just dashed - somehow forgetting I live in a split level house with 12 wooden stairs down to the ground. Every freakin' day for the past half a dozen years I have gone down these steps, even in ice and snow, and never had a problem. Today, in perfect weather, I crashed on the very top step and woke up at the bottom. I spent the day at the hospital where it was decided I had a broken tailbone and a mild concussion. I broke my butt!!! I literally can't sit down!!! hock:

So the next time you say to yourself, "Damn, how did I do something so stupid," remember what Brainless Touque did. :oops:

One of the Sailors was killed due to the fire aboard the HMCS Chicoutimi. Its a sad day for his family and friends.
