Just heard an interview with Sean Burke on the Score. He says he disagrees with Jeremy Roenick's idea of players voting on the latest NHL proposal because some guys would certainly be voting in favor of a cap, which would only cause unwanted dissension within the union. What a jackass. Heaven forbid we find out what the players are really thinking about all of this bullshit. F**k I hate the NHLPA. My guess is that if they had a vote, at least 50% of players would be in favor of a cap, maybe more.

I've began to notice something that is so obvious Im not sure if its true...so anyways, simple question:

Does every hip show start with Gordie saying "hello"?

As one of more outspoken NHL players about the lockout, I couldn't help but post this photo. Apparently it was taken at some party after a Motor City Mechanics game the other night - you know, that team that Chelios, Hatcher and Draper are playing for now - in the UHL.....a league with a salary cap. Other players featured in this party set are Hatcher, Draper, and Lidstrom (!), and everyone's favourite American "bad ass", Kid Rock.

For the record, Chelios is married and has three kids. Also, for the record, Chelios is a jackass.

I was just wondering what kind of guitars everyone has..

I usually dont agree with his views on a variety of topics, but I have to give kudos to SD on an excellent letter he wrote in the Globe today. I wouldn't have pegged you SD to hold the Pope in such high regard.

Okay,,, Lance and I are looking into getting Juno Tickets. I have a chance to buy tickets early,, but the are $115 each. Has anyone ever been to the Junos before? How much did your tickets cost,,, I wonder how much they will be on Ticketmasters...

Yes..so needless to say I'm not slapping the keys with vigour this morning. It was pretty gross yet cool at the same time...I could have given a "high 5" to someone standing directly behind me...quite the sight.

I know that at one point we could upload images to the forum, but I see no evidence that this can still be done. Has this feature been removed? If is has been removed, is there a way I can post images without doing so via a link to an online source?
