Okay so here is the question, what would your dream band be? Or, what musicians could you see sit making a cool group?

Here's the kicker : NO TRAGICALLY HIP (Sorry!)

I'm sure this will spark some interesting debate. I was watching something on the History Channel and I'm an Old X-files fan so I have always been fascinated with Area 51. Not so much the alien factor, but the top secret factor.

I think it's just a test ground for new aircraft. I've seen the Stealth Bomber and Stealth Fighter in person and I know if I saw them flying overhead and didn't know what they were, I'd be like WTF?!

I don't believe in Aliens, but my boyfriend does because he thinks he saw a UFO back in his hometown years ago.

I think it's just some kind of unexplained phenomenon or unfamiliar aircraft.

What do you all think?

um, i'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing but i was watching the OC tonight (dont ask why) and in the background they were playing Sam Roberts.

and not one of the songs you'd expect, it was No Sleep (the song that's partially in french) thats probably my favorite song on the album.

Help! I'm stuck in the lower 48 without having seen most of the Hip videos. I was wondering if anyone had the videos. I really don't have much to trade. The last show I saw was on the Phantom Power tour. I was hoping to catch them in Toledo last time but family came first.

Hey all

As reading week has come, both my housemates are gone from the house, therefore the router is not necessary. That also means that my torrent transfers will go a lot quicker. So, if anyone still needs the Across the Causeway show or the Weakerthans Hammer show, hop on and enjoy what I hope to be high speeds. I make no promises, but it should be a lot quicker and the such.

Gord's been in Freddy Beach the last coupla days trying out for a movie about the '72 Summit Series! How cool is that! You have to have a subscription to read the whole story so maybe somebody can post it if they have access. Some of my friend's friends drove up to try out and said he was the coolest - chatting it up with everybody. They did say he was a pretty shitty goalie though.

The Hip appear on this years Juno Awards CD with Vaccination Scar. And if it counts, the Hip are referenced in K-OS' Crabbuckit, which is also on the album. The album is out March 1.
