Hi all!

Since coming down with a nasty cold (or bronchitis) is practically a job requirement for teachers, I sit here wondering what I could possibly do to take the edge off of my suffering.

I've tried cepacol, robitussin, dayquil, fisherman's friend (I had forgotten how disgusting they are), soup, hot showers, neti pots, hot tea, hot water, hot lemonade... the list goes on.

Are there any homespun cures out there that will, if not get me back on me feet, leave me feeling capable of doing something other than laying draped over my desk? Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

Saw it this past weekend at the Uptown Theatre here in Calgary. Amazing. Probably one of the most interesting and emotional rock docs I've ever seen. It really hit me hard and I was in tears by the end of it. The guy left us way too soon.

Hey, I'm looking for a Joel Plasket song that he played during the DC stop on the fall tour. During it, he broke down into a semi-autobiographical story about Halifax to the tune of "Bo Diddley" Not sure how many Basers were there, but perhaps he's done this at other gigs.
