The hip.com doesn't have any details in the archive about this show that I can find.
The show review forum on here seems to go back to 2002.

I think this show was in '99 if I recall correctly, but this is part of my dilmena, I don't remember if this show was part of the Evening With tour or not and I'm really trying to figure out was this the night with Kate Fenner and her singing on The Completists.

Anyone know? Have these details? At least where I might look?

Match-up #47 - 50 Mission Cap Vs. Don't Wake Daddy
Listen to the two songs in the match-up Back to Back, and consider the lyrics of the song. Feel free to post an unbiased analysis of both songs in this thread, but please refrain from cheerleading or making predictions for your favourites.

Was at the Grady show here in Moncton last night and was shocked to hear them cover Boots or Hearts. When Gordie Johnson mentioned that it was a Hip cover he was unhappy with the crowd response and said, "Tragically Hip? Ever heard of them? How about the Montreal Canadiens? You know, the hockey team?" Pretty sweet. Doesn't surprise me that he's a fan considering how often Big Sugar and the Hip must have crossed paths in the 90's CanRock craze.

He called the cover the deGRADYied version and said when the Hip heard it they would want to do that version too Smile

sitting a few rows up so I didn't see my levels, as a result they were super low, I had to increase
