great effort from the band, ruined by the crowd and the venue.

Combo of horribly timed feedback (one awful one on last note of a song) and drunk "fans" not happy hip greatest hits werent being played (who borderline heckled gord at various parts of the show) set gord off!

During the encore, he ripped the hat of the one of the idiots described above, tossed it across the room and stormed off the stage. I wasnt right at the front so if someone could tell me what exactly the guy was doing....

BTW songs were amazing live, band has a great sound.

I have a spare ticket to the 11/05 Toronto show. L ORCH, row O, seat 1. I paid $54.50 for it ($40 face + fees and whatnot), but it can be yours for... uh, way less than that! I'm basically open to offers. It's a hard ticket, so I can send it to you, or meet you there and hand it over.

I have 1 ticket available for the Gord Downie show on Thursday, October 28 at Kingston's Grand Theater. The seat is located in row ORCH F seat 18. selling at face value for $40

Anyone else going to this show? I have an extra ticket if anyone who can make it in to Kingston or is in the area wants to go.

really glad we made the trip up to Lennoxville for this show - maybe the smallest crowd ever I've been part of, but "mighty" according to Gord.
this show is a MUST with only a few dates left - the overhead art project Gord has incorporated to make the backdrops is truly genius, the band is very tight now having played multiple shows. See you in Pembroke.
