Was anyone listening to "Definately not the Opera" today on CBC Radio One, at 4pm?! Sook Yin Lee was interviewing Gord D and I was hoping someone on here heard it and can give some info on it.....
I can't believe I missed it.... 
THOSE GOD DAMN SUNS A BITCHES DID IT AGAIN. LAST WEEK WAS EXCUSEABLE BECAUSE IT WAS A NEW VIDEO(SILVER JET). BUT NOW, THIS IS IT, MY FINAL STRAW. I HAVE HAD IT, THEY'VE DISRESPECTED CANADIAN MUSIC TOO MUCH, UNLESS IT'S THE FUCKIN BNL. OR HIPIDDY HOPPIDY SHITE. THE COUNTDOWN IS THE WORST PEICE OF PROGRAMMING EVER. AND NOW THEY DON'T EVEN INCLUDE IT ON THE MMM COUNTDOWN, C'MON.
I downloaded the mpg and shn versions of the Hip Queen's Jubilee Concert that was on CBC Thursday night and they were excellent quality.
When I recorded the Hip's IVL live release party and got it out on the net, I had over a dozen emails thanking me, so here's just a return thank you to whoever did this recording. And to anyone else who shares their recordings. Trading is fun but I try to share with whomever I can just to get it out there for people to listen to.
Thanks again to whoever did the recordings and transfers and thanks for sharing with other Hipsters.

You guys (who are going) wanna meet up early and have some pints, chat up some old stories. Had a great time with a couple of guys at the hard rock before ivl show, forget their names, but that is when i found out i was hip club member #1. anyways, let me know if you guys wanna meet up at a pub, and down a couple.
