I'm trying to download a torrent with Bit Tornado and it's not working. The error message says "rejected by tracker - indalid passkey". What the heck does this mean? I have tried this from two computers, one at home and one at school, and gotten the same message. Meanwhile, the number of downloads on the torrent has gone from 8 to 39 so obviously nobody else is having this problem...what gives?

Thanks to the few people that PM'd me the code, I got DH and myself tickets to the Calgary show! Good tickets, but there are still floor seats available (row 20) but we are just too old for those!!LOL We got level 1 row 1. DH is a big Hip fan so this will be a great surprise. Thanks again

We went to the last Hip concert at the Jubliee a few years back and this is who opened then too.

But I guess those of us (including me!) who criticized the early setlists for this tour as being unvaried were mistaken. Over the first three shows of the American tour there's been 40 different songs played including the return of some not played in quite a while (Looking, Twist, Vapour, Scared, Something), and an unreleased song.

Here's hoping for Emperor Penguin to show up sometime soon!

After the train wreck that was the Hipbase today, I think we are in dire need of a "system" to help people out.

I did not receive the presale password e-mail, along with many others, but it didn't affect me because the eastern dates didn't go on sale today. However, I presume I will not receive the e-mail regarding the upcoming eastern presale either since I didn't get this one.

So...everybody who wants to go to a show in Eastern Canada, post here - now - and say you want the password PM'd to you when it is e-mailed out, just in case you don't get it. This will avoid every schmuck in the East signing on to Hipbase once and getting the password...only the faithful will be privy to such information. And it will also nullify the argument about posting the password publicly.

And then it CAN be Nashville every night!

i was working when tix went on sale today so i talked my g/f through the process and got 5th row in saskatoon....so about 10 minutes ago she tells me to check our order for the tickets and when i was reviewing the order i noticed she also got 3rd row in edmonton! i think i should marry her

It was the summer; I was burnt out from working too hard for too long. The hip were playing the Molson Amphitheatre, and I was like "meh", whatever. I'll buy the new album and love it, but I'll take a pass on the live, sit-on-the-hill, jostle-with-idiots thing and give 'em a miss this time.

But a scant couple of months later, after letting the drug hit me and letting the tingling begin (conviction + tone = hope) ... I'm all revved up for November 26th and we got a fistful of hip tix and we're gonna tear the ACC down from eye-level down to sea-level!!!!!!

Bring on the idiots and let the jostling begin!! Nothing can dampen my spirits! Even if they played a special two-set "Evening with NOIS and NOIS only".

Come on, just let's go,
