Micheal Stipe and Gordie have somewhat similar voices obviously. .

What I just realized however, is even the backup vocals, Paul and Mike Mills have a similar singing voice.

I've heard the mediocre live version, and a downright crappy version on the "Ultimate Rarities" compilation.

So living in Denver has a lot of advantages, but one of them is not being able to easily find Hip CDs. I need to fill in my collection. I looked on the US Amazon site and they don't have most of them available but the CA Amazon and Maplemusic both have all of them.

So what I'd like to know is what issues are there in buying from Canadian retailers? I've sent things to Canada and had things sent to me from there and there was always the customs costs. I assume there will also maybe be a cost for currency conversion?

Any advice/information on using either of these 2 sites, or maybe a US retailer that has all of their CDs? I could probably find used CDs in the local used CD places, but for these I want new.

I have used FTP for quite awhlie and have had no problem. Is Bit torrent better or easier?

I have downloaded bit tornado and can't sign up. I've tried to read the FAQ but you need to be signed in to read it.
